In February, shopkeepers and hospitality entrepreneurs from the Emiclaer shopping centre in Amersfoort were able to take part in the Unhindered Hospitality training course.
During the training they learned how to ensure that customers and guests with disabilities also feel welcome in the shop or hospitality establishment. “People with disabilities are often loyal customers”, explained trainer Niek van den Adel.
