Due the covid restrictions, BOS organize small meeting with nab member (2.09.2020.), management of hotel „M“ in Belgrade. We discussed about posible options for improvement their customer services for person with disabilities. From the very beginning of the project, Hotel M was interested in getting involved in the project so that it could get better acquainted with the concept of affordable services and better accommodate people with disabilities. He pointed out that he had many unpleasant situations that he would like to avoid in the future. Of the horecaccess materials, the application and IO3 are especially interesting to them because they estimated that the staff should know more how to act in specific circumstances. They used the quarantine break to provide a ramp for the stairs leading to the conference rooms.
